About Carter Neely
My name is Carter Neely and I am from Northern Virginia. I am currently a student at George Mason University on track to get a degree in Computer Game Design. From the first class I took on 3D Game Art I fell in love with it. Ever since I have been working to improve my skills in the modelling space as well as the texturing space.
